Suni Hạ Linh wants you to "Say Yes" in her latest MV. As much as I want to "say yes" to this MV, there's one thing that bothers me about it. I can't stand the color scheme used in this MV! There's just too much red and yellow for me to stomach. This isn't the first time that Suni Hạ Linh dressed up in an all red and yellow outfit. She also wore a red and yellow dress in her debut MV Em Đã Biết. Yes, I know red and yellow are colors that happen to be very symbolic and meaningful to Vietnam -- look at the Vietnamese flag for example. However, I can't help be reminded of Ronald McDonald and clowns when I see red, yellow, and white together. It triggers and freaks me out. Clowns suck! All these creepy clowns roaming the streets nowadays are a menace to society. I say lock them all up!
As much as I like Say Yes as a song, the visuals of the MV just ruined it for me. All I can think of now is killer clowns and ways to get rid of them. Damn it! All of this could have been avoided if Suni Hạ Linh didn't dye her hair bright red like freaking It The Clown. Unfortunately, I have to "say no" to Suni Hạ Linh in this MV. I'm too traumatized by clowns dressed in red, yellow, and white to overlook the color scheme used in this otherwise stellar music video.
